About Our CEO
From 1991 till Fall 2008 our CEO, Tom Bates has spent his career in the finance and consumer advocacy industry. During this time, he has worked as a legal assistant, to the President and CEO of one of the most respected consumer finance and advocacy firms in the world. Mr. Bates has received such awards as a Gold Level instructor through ACA “American Collectors Association”, IAPDA Certified as Professional Debt Arbitrator, Supervising Legal Assistant to one of the largest Law firms in the United States and was the General Manager to one of the most renowned Law Offices in Texas.
It was during the consumer finance years, that he saw a clear opportunity to help an entire industry who helps many thousands of people with their personal finances. The Debt Settlement industry had a history of marketing cost that was far above the average, making it extremely difficult to successfully acquire qualified lead volumes. While spending many thousands of dollars himself for leads and new business every month, he realized an opportunity, “IF I CAN GET MY WEBSITE ON THE FRONT PAGE” I can do that for others as well and can generate affordable leads for the entire industry.
